So some of you may know I just came back from Tokyo...
I had something to take care in Tokyo and flew there last week.
My stay only lasted for exactly 7days and it was really busy visit.
Though my stay was very busy, the hotel I stayed reminded me of the most important holiday in Japan-- that is " Girls Day Festival".
On March 3rd, parents would bring out Hina Dolls ( Japanese Dolls) to wish their daughter's health and happiness.
As I left San Francisco so urgently, I did not have time to decorate my daughter's Hina Dolls this year.. I was feeling a bit guilty about not being able to decorate this year, I personally enjoyed these waves of Hina Dolls or Tsurushi Bina ( hanging Hina dolls).
Tsurushi Binas are slightly different than those Girls Dolls.
Though the tradition is to decorate an individual Hina dolls but in the past it was such hardship for everyone to afford and to decorate such expensive dolls, so they came up with the idea of making a smaller dolls and hang 7 of them on the string to decorate and cerebrate the Girls Day.
My parents got my daughter a pair of Hina Dolls when she was born.
I really hope to decorate them next year so I can appreciate having my girl and wish her good health and happiness.
It feels like my jetlag is not as bad as I thought, but only god knows how I will deal with my day tomorrow.

皆様、今年のお雛祭りは如何過ごされましたか？
私は・・・と言いますと・・・・
急に所用で新宿に出かけなくてはならなくなりまして・・・（なぜに新宿？）
マッタクの想定外で渡航確定から３日後にはもう羽田に着陸しておりました。
取るものも取りあえずの状況で渡航したので、泣く泣く今年はお雛様も出す事が出来ませんでした。(今回は主人の関係の所用で、身内は至って元気にしておりますのでご心配なく。）
毎年、娘の健康と幸を祈りながら出していたお雛様なのですが、今年は出す時間と気力がありませんでした。（涙）
それを察したかの様に滞在したホテルのロビーには幾重にも飾られた
つるし雛のウエーブ。
すっかり見入ってしまった私でした。
丁度２月も終わり３月に入り桃も桜も、そしてお雛様、お雛祭りもピークで旬な時期の
帰国だったのにも関わらず、あっと言う間の滞在でした。
一応、目的はしっかりと果たして無事こうして帰国致しましたが・・・・
何だか、不完全燃焼でした。・・・・と言いますのも・・・・
かなり時間がタイトで主人、次男、娘に頼まれた品物はササッとゲットしたものの・・・
私自身の為の時間と言ったら美容院での時間のみ。
でもその美容院は、とっても貴重で優雅な気分に浸る事は出来ましたが・・・
やっぱり自分の為のお買い物もしたかった・・・と言うのが本音でしょうか。
ですが・・・去年の秋に個別のコンサルテーションにおいで下さったクライアントさんとの
ランチなどもあって、私としては、やはり時間が無いにしても充実した滞在だったのかもしれませんね。クライアントさんから、カラーファンを大活用されてるお話しなど聞いて、またこれからのコンサルテーションに励もうと思わずにはいれませんでした。
お忙しい中、お時間をとって下さいました皆様、お会い出来て
とっても嬉しかったです。また次回の日本帰国時にお会い出来たら嬉しいです。
さて、明日は時差ボケを感じている暇では無いビックイベントに参加予定です。

次男と娘がパレードに地元チャイニーズクラブのメンバーとして参加致します。
私も付き添いと言う事でパレードに引率（ウォーカー）する予定です。
パレードのお話しはまた次回ＵＰしたいと思います。
